The 14 free days
You don't pay for them, and we don't take a card for them.
Stop during the 14 days and you owe nothing.
Your first paid month
If it isn't right for your business, email info@harmoniasolutions.ai within 30 days of your first charge.
We send back the $99, all of it, to the card you paid with. You don't have to give a reason.
Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it. This is once per business.
Cancelling, any month
Send one email to info@harmoniasolutions.ai saying you want to stop. That's it.
No contract, no fee, no notice period.
It keeps answering until the end of the month you've paid for, then it stops.
After your first month, a month already paid is not refunded.
Minutes
Starter includes 100 minutes every month. Minutes past that are 50¢ each.
Minutes it has already spent on your calls are not refunded.
Your calls and records
After it stops, your calls, messages and bookings stay ready to download for 30 days. Ask and we send them to you.
If we end it
If we ever end your plan and it isn't because of something you did, we refund the days of the month you didn't get.
If the law gives you more
Nothing on this page takes away a refund the law gives you.
